Watch Maui's winter waters come alive while Marine Naturalists share the stories behind each breach, tail slap and powerful surfacing. Their lively interpretation helps you understand humpback whale behavior and characteristics as you enjoy the excitement of seeing these remarkable visitors in their natural habitat.
Lunch is served on board, adding a relaxed and satisfying touch to the experience. Underwater hydrophones may let you hear whale songs beneath the surface, while the Jr. Naturalist Program gives younger guests a fun way to learn more about Maui's marine life.
Tour Inclusions
- Lunch: Fruit salad with toasted coconut, teriyaki chicken with mango chutney, vegan beyond hamburger steak with vegetarian mushroom gravy, Japanese sticky rice, "local style" potato-macaroni salad, triple chocolate chip brownie

Check in at 12:00 pm at the Pacific Whale Foundation's Ocean Store at the Maui Harbor Shops, which shares a parking lot with Maui Ocean Center, located at 192 Maalaea Rd, Wailuku (GPS address). View Map
Parking is paid throughout the harbor. Please review signage upon arrival.
Restrictions
Due to the design of Pacific Whale Foundation vessels none of the vessels are truly wheelchair accessible. If a guest is able to walk on board themselves, they may be able to attend depending on the vessel used for this holiday cruise. Please call before booking for a guest with a wheelchair to discuss what would be best. There is no storage for wheelchairs.

Equipment
The Ocean Spirit is Pacific Whale Foundation's newest sailing catamaran. It was custom designed and features streamlined hulls and a spacious deck design, providing the ultimate in passenger comfort. The extra large deck offers plenty of outdoor seating. The vessel features his and her air-conditioned bathrooms, padded seating and a surround sound system.
