Kauai Zipline Tours

Add a Little Adrenaline to Your Kauai Day

Ziplining on Kauai can be as simple as one fast, memorable ride or turn into a half-day adventure with hiking, swimming, kayaking, or even rappelling mixed in. The scenery changes with the course, from open ranch land and mountain views to rainforest, waterfalls, and natural swimming holes.

Koloa Zipline offers 8 runs on the south shore, including the half-mile Waita line. At Kipu Ranch, Outfitters Kauai offers several options, including the 4,000-foot FlyLine and the longer Kipu Zipline Safari, which combines ziplining with kayaking, hiking, swimming, and lunch. Kauai Backcountry Adventures adds seven rainforest ziplines, lunch, and time at a natural pool, while Da Life Outdoors takes a different approach with waterfall rappelling instead of a traditional zipline course.

Tour times currently range from about 1.5 hours to around 6 hours, so you can choose something quick or make it a major part of the day. If speed is what you are after, the shorter FlyLine experience keeps things simple. If you want more variety, the longer combination tours give you a mix of activities and scenery.

Check the current age and weight requirements, wear secure closed-toe shoes, and bring swimwear if your tour includes time in the water.
