About Kualoa Ranch - Jungle Expedition Tour
Head into Hakipu'u Valley for a rougher, more adventurous side of Kualoa Ranch. This 90-minute ride uses a custom open-air jungle vehicle built for the ranch’s dirt roads, stream beds and steeper sections of trail, with tropical scenery surrounding you from start to finish.
The route passes through areas used in movies such as Jurassic World, Kong: Skull Island and Jumanji, then opens to scenic viewpoints over Hakipu'u Valley, the east side of Oahu and the Ko'olau Mountains.
Expect a bumpy ride and plenty of movement as the vehicle climbs hills and works through the backcountry. It is a fun way to see a part of the ranch that feels more rugged and less polished than the standard sightseeing routes.

Roundtrip Transportation:
If you book roundtrip transportation, you will be given one of the below Waikiki pick-ups that are closest to you:
Pick-up at the Twin Fin Hotel (outside the entrance on Paoakalani Ave).
Pick-up at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel (at Aloha Landing bus depot).
Pick-up at the Aqua Palms Hotel (1850 Ala Moana Blvd).
Waikiki pick-ups are available at 7:00 am, 8:00 am & 10:00 am. Please arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes early for these departure times.
Kualoa Ranch departure times are available at 1:00 pm, 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm.
Driving Out Yourself:
Driving directions: Kualoa Ranch is about 45-60 minutes from Waikiki. Take the H-1 Freeway west to the Likelike Highway, Route #63. Proceed up the Likelike Highway and through the Wilson Tunnel. Descend towards Kaneohe town and exit onto Kahekili Highway, Route #83, heading north. Continue along Kahekili Highway - note that the road becomes Kamehameha Highway as you pass the historic "Hygienic Store" in Kahalu'u. In about 10 minutes you will see signs indicating you are approaching the Kualoa Ranch entrance which will be on your left as you round the curve past Mokoli'i Island (Chinaman's Hat).

Restrictions
A Photo ID (drivers license, state ID or passport) matching the name on the reservation is required for check-in. If a guest does not have their Photo ID matching their reservation they will not be able to check in and no refunds or reschedules will be available. The Guest's name CANNOT be changed once a booking is created.
All guests must attend a briefing and sign a liability waiver before tour begins.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at check in to sign the liability waiver.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult on all tours.
Minimum age of 3 years to participate.
No pregnant women or guests with back issues.
