Travel into the heart of Ka'a'awa Valley and see why Kualoa Ranch has earned its reputation as Hollywood's "Hawaii Backlot." More than 200 movies and television shows have been filmed here since the 1950s, with the valley's towering green cliffs, open ranch land and ocean views appearing in productions recognized around the world.
As the tour winds through the ranch, see familiar filming locations from Jurassic Park, 50 First Dates, LOST, Finding 'Ohana, Jumanji, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates and Kong: Skull Island. Along the way, look for Godzilla's massive footprints, the Kong boneyard, the Jumanji dance-fight area, the ATV hill from Mike and Dave, the Windtalkers battleground and other memorable movie landmarks.
The experience also shares stories of Hawaiian culture, ranch history and agriculture before stopping at a historic WWII army bunker built into the mountainside. Inside, movie posters, props, memorabilia and WWII artifacts offer a closer look at Kualoa's remarkable past. With dramatic scenery and plenty of photo opportunities throughout the valley, this tour brings together Hollywood history and one of Oahu's most beautiful landscapes.

Roundtrip Transportation:
If you book roundtrip transportation, you will be given one of the below Waikiki pick-ups that are closest to you:
Pick-up at the Twin Fin Hotel (outside the entrance on Paoakalani Ave).
Pick-up at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel (at Aloha Landing bus depot).
Pick-up at the Aqua Palms Hotel (1850 Ala Moana Blvd).
Waikiki pick-ups are available at 7:00 am, 8:00 am & 10:00 am. Please arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes early for these departure times.
Kualoa Ranch departure times are available at 1:00 pm, 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm.
Driving Out Yourself:
Driving directions: Kualoa Ranch is about 45-60 minutes from Waikiki. Take the H-1 Freeway west to the Likelike Highway, Route #63. Proceed up the Likelike Highway and through the Wilson Tunnel. Descend towards Kaneohe town and exit onto Kahekili Highway, Route #83, heading north. Continue along Kahekili Highway - note that the road becomes Kamehameha Highway as you pass the historic "Hygienic Store" in Kahalu'u. In about 10 minutes you will see signs indicating you are approaching the Kualoa Ranch entrance which will be on your left as you round the curve past Mokoli'i Island (Chinaman's Hat).

Restrictions
A Photo ID (drivers license, state ID or passport) matching the name on the reservation is required for check-in. If a guest does not have their Photo ID matching their reservation they will not be able to check in and no refunds or reschedules will be available. The Guest's name CANNOT be changed once a booking is created.
All guests must attend a briefing and sign a liability waiver before tour begins.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at check in to sign the liability waiver.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult on all tours.
