About Ku'ia Estate - Maui Guided Cacao Farm Tour & Tasting
See how Maui-grown cacao becomes finished chocolate on a guided visit to Ku'ia Estate. The experience begins at the Ku'ia Estate Chocolate Factory in Lahaina, where you’ll get an introduction to the estate’s chocolate-making process before heading out to the farm.
At the private cacao estate, walk among more than 20 acres of trees while your guide explains how cacao is grown, harvested and prepared for chocolate production. It is a close-up look at the farming side of the process and the work that happens long before the chocolate reaches the tasting room.
The tour finishes with a 9-piece tasting of Ku'ia chocolates, giving you the chance to sample a selection of flavors after seeing where the cacao begins.

Restrictions
Children under 3 years are not permitted on this Farm Tour. No refunds will be issued for groups who arrive with younger children who do not meet these requirements. We appreciate your understanding.
Guests need to be able to negotiate a slow 20+ minute walk through the grove on uneven/mulched ground and climb a flight (approx. 24) of broad stairs w/a railing. There is no room on the vehicle to store walkers.
All guests must fill out and sign waivers before participating in the tour.
