Kauai's waterfalls, valleys and legendary coastline come into view from the comfort of a GA-8 Airvan on this full-island sightseeing flight. Air Ventures' most popular tour begins over the south side of the Garden Isle, where the ancient Menehune Fishpond, the eucalyptus Tunnel of Trees and Waita Reservoir create a beautiful opening to the journey.
The flight continues above Waimea Canyon, known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific," before reaching the towering cliffs, hidden beaches and rugged beauty of the Na Pali Coast. From there, see Lumahai Beach, featured in the movie South Pacific, and the waterfalls spilling through Hanalei Valley.
On Kauai's east side, fly near Kilauea Lighthouse and its large frigate bird sanctuary, then follow the coastline past more waterfalls on the return to Lihue Airport.

Restrictions
There is a per passenger 275 lbs (124 kg) weight limit for regular seats.
Additional Seat - Premium Plus: All passengers weighing over 275 lbs (124 kg) are required to purchase an adjacent, additional seat to safely balance out the aircraft.
Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
Passengers need to bring a government issued photo ID. International passengers will need their passport.

The six passenger GA-8 Airvan is a very spacious aircraft (there are no "middle" seats) and every seat has a large bubble window specifically designed for sightseeing and photography so everyone can enjoy the view. The airplanes' slower speed allows optimal exposure time for viewing Kauai's most awesome features. And, you'll share the experience with your fellow passengers through two-way noise reduction headsets as your friendly pilot shares the legends and history of Kauai during your flight.
