Begin the day on the calm morning waters of the Kohala Coast and watch for humpback whales in Hawaii's warm ocean. This early whale watch pairs peaceful coastal views with Kona coffee, soft drinks and crunchy granola bar snacks while you search for these magnificent animals.
Trained naturalists are on board to share information about humpback whale behavior, and hydrophones make it possible to listen for their hauntingly beautiful songs beneath the surface.

Ocean Sports is proud to follow the federal guidelines protecting humpback whales. We won't approach the whales closer than 100 yards or maneuver in ways that would alter their behaviors.
