Booking Details
- Provide airline, flight number, and arrival time so the greeter can track delays
- Orders placed within two days of arrival incur a 15 USD surcharge per party and are limited to Standard leis
- For surprise greetings ask the recipient to look for a sign with their name at baggage claim
- Arrival or round-trip airport shuttle service to Kona, Waikoloa, or Kohala resorts can be added during checkout

Look for a welcome sign personalized with your name or group name as you enter the baggage claim area. If this is a surprise lei greeting that you are booking for someone else, please tell the recipient to look for a sign with their name on it after they arrive at the baggage claim area.
Due to shortages, tuberose flowers may be substituted with plumeria flowers at no additional cost until further notice.
