About Try Scuba Diving Honolulu - Mermaid Snorkel Tour & Photo Shoot
Become a mermaid for the day at Magic Island with a private snorkel-style lesson, mermaid tail use, reef swim, photos and videos included.
Slip into a mermaid tail and turn a day at the beach into something wonderfully playful. This private Mermaid Snorkel Tour & Photo Shoot with Try Scuba Diving Honolulu begins right on the sand, where your mermaid guides will introduce you to the tail and explain the basics of how to use it. The beach instruction usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
Once you are ready, head into waist deep water, about 3 feet deep, to get comfortable moving in your mermaid tail. You can ease into the experience at your own pace while your guide stays close and helps you build confidence in the water. Because all tours are private parties, the experience feels relaxed and personal from start to finish.
After you are comfortable swimming, your guide will lead you along the reef and capture videos of you gliding through the water like a mermaid. It is a fun and memorable way to enjoy the ocean while bringing home photos and videos from the experience.
