About Try Scuba Diving Honolulu - Magic Island
Try scuba diving at Magic Island near Waikiki with a beginner-friendly shore dive, basic instruction, shallow-water practice and all scuba gear included.
Take your first breath underwater just minutes from Waikiki with a beginner-friendly beach dive at Magic Island in Ala Moana Beach Park. No certification or previous scuba experience is required, making this a comfortable way to discover what diving feels like without committing to a boat trip.
Every tour begins with a safety briefing and hands-on equipment practice in shallow water. Once you feel comfortable, your instructor will guide the group into the ocean by beach entry and stay with you throughout the experience. All diving equipment is included, and guests who prefer not to scuba may snorkel instead.
Children may participate even if a parent does not plan to dive. The parent must be present at check-in to sign the waiver forms and remain close by for the tour duration.
