About Toa Luau - Evening Show
Spend the evening at Toa Luau inside Waimea Valley on Oahu’s North Shore, with same-day valley admission, cultural activities, an umu demonstration, kava ceremony, buffet dinner and a Polynesian show. Arrive early to walk the garden path or visit Waimea Falls before luau check-in.
Step into the natural beauty of Waimea Valley for an evening filled with Hawaiian culture, island flavors and the music and dances of Polynesia. Set on Oahu's North Shore, Toa Luau begins with hands-on cultural activities and traditional demonstrations before guests gather for a generous luau buffet and a colorful Polynesian production.
The show journeys through Hawaii, Tonga, New Zealand, Tahiti and Samoa, bringing each island culture to life through music, storytelling and dance before an exciting fire-knife finale. Same-day admission to Waimea Valley is included, giving you the opportunity to explore the botanical garden, historical sites and scenic walking path to Waimea Falls before the luau begins. Guests who would like to enjoy the valley should arrive earlier in the day.

Drink tickets are for adult tickets only. For children and youth, the Silver Package includes 1 non-alcoholic drink ticket, the Gold Package includes 2 non-alcoholic drink tickets and the VIP Package includes 3 non-alcoholic drink tickets.
Seating is usually at round tables that seat 10 guests. Tables are pre-assigned, and you will receive your table number at check-in.

Where & When
Check-in for the luau begins at 4:50 pm. The luau starts at 5:00 pm and ends at approximately 8:00 pm.
Free parking is available for all luau guests.

If you decide to hike up to Waimea Falls before the luau starts, please give yourself at least 3 hours before luau check-in to hike and swim.
Same-day admission to the Waimea Valley botanical garden is included. Waimea Valley hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Please note: Waimea Botanical Garden and Falls is closed on Mondays all year except the summer months, which is June to August. Despite this, Monday luaus take place all year round. On Mondays, gates will open 30 minutes prior to check-in time for Toa Luau guests only.
Operating hours for Waimea Botanical Garden and Falls are subject to change and are independent of the luau schedule. If you would like to visit the botanical garden and waterfall prior to the luau and would like to make sure the botanical garden and waterfall are open on the day of your visit, please give us a call to confirm.

There are no specific restrictions for this activity.
Special Notes
Waimea Valley admission is included. Prior to the luau festivities, guests can take a walk on a paved path through the botanical garden and walk to Waimea waterfall. The walk is 1.5 miles round trip. If you like to experience the valley without hiking, there is a golf cart shuttle offered at $10 /person roundtrip at the valley entrance.
