About Ka Moana Luau at Aloha Tower

Gather beneath the historic Aloha Tower for an evening that celebrates the music, flavors and traditions of Polynesia. Before dinner, take part in cultural activities such as lei-making, hula lessons and headband weaving, each offering a hands-on introduction to island customs.
The evening continues with an island-inspired luau dinner catered by Chart House Waikiki. Locally sourced ingredients and traditional favorites such as lomi lomi salmon, poi and kalua pig are followed by the Ka Moana luau show, a lively musical journey through Hawaii and greater Polynesia.
