Gunstock Ranch – Private Sunset Dinner Ride

Ride into the golden light of late afternoon on a private horseback journey through Gunstock Ranch, a 400-acre working ranch near Turtle Bay on Oahu's North Shore. Set beneath the Ko'olau Mountains, the ranch is known for peaceful trails, personal service and beautiful glimpses of the ocean along the way.

This two-hour walking-only ride is designed for guests ages 7 and up, with no trotting or cantering. As you follow the mountain trails, stop at a scenic lookout with sweeping views of Oahu's windward coastline before gathering around a campfire for a warm dinner.

Water and Hawaiian Sun fruit drinks are served with the meal, and there is time to roast marshmallows over the fire. After dinner, your wrangler will help you back onto your horse for the quiet ride home beneath the soft light of dusk.
