After sunset, the buffet opens with a generous spread of island favorites, from kalua-style pork and teriyaki beef to local salads, poi and desserts. Once dinner winds down, the stage takes over with He 'Ohana Kākou, a lively Polynesian revue filled with music, dance, drums and a fireknife finale.
