About Roberts Hawaii - Kona Airport Shuttle Arrival
Leave the airport taxi line behind and begin your Big Island vacation with private transportation arranged in advance. This comfortable shuttle service travels from Kona International Airport to hotels in Kailua-Kona, Hualalai, Keauhou, Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna and Mauna Kea.
A friendly porter will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle outside.

Where & When
Arrival: After collecting your luggage at baggage claim, please call Roberts Hawaii dispatch at 808-329-1688. You will then receive instructions on where to find your shuttle.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.
Special Notes
Wheelchair Assistance: We have wheelchair lift equipped vehicles. The reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of service. The wheelchair lift can accommodate up to 500 lbs, the usable platform is only 48 inches by 30 inches.
