About Waikiki to Honolulu Pier

This service picks up guests from Waikiki area hotels and provides a comfortable ride to Honolulu Harbor, helping you avoid the stress of arranging a taxi or navigating with luggage on embarkation day.
With transportation organized in advance, you can leave your hotel knowing your ride to the pier is taken care of. Settle into the air-conditioned shuttle and enjoy the short trip from Waikiki to the cruise terminal, where you can continue with check-in and boarding.

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry. Additional baggage may cost extra and will be paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle.

Restrictions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.
Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours a notice to secure availability.
Special Notes
Children under the age of 4 years old are complimentary if they can be securely held on their guardian's lap. We do not provide child seats. If the guardian requires a seat for the child under the age of 4, the regular rate will be applicable.
