About Honolulu Airport (HNL) to Honolulu Pier
Step off your flight and continue directly toward your cruise with pre-arranged transportation from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) to the Pier at Honolulu Harbor. This convenient shuttle service makes the transfer simple, with a friendly airport representative ready to welcome you and help with your luggage.
Guests arriving on domestic flights will be met at baggage claim, while international guests will be greeted outside of customs. From there, relax in an air-conditioned shuttle as you travel to the pier for your cruise ship departure.

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry. Additional baggage may cost extra and will be paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle.

Where & When
Arrival: After collecting your luggage at baggage claim, please call Roberts Hawaii dispatch at 808-831-1555. You will then receive instructions on where to find your shuttle.
Restrictions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.
Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours a notice to secure availability.
Special Notes
Children under the age of 4 years old are complimentary if they can be securely held on their guardian's lap. We do not provide child seats. If the guardian requires a seat for the child under the age of 4, the regular rate will be applicable.
