About Rainbow Helicopters - Waikiki Sunset Helicopter Tour
See Oahu in the warm light of evening on a 50-minute helicopter flight that combines Waikiki, the windward coast, mountain scenery and Pearl Harbor. The route begins above Honolulu, with views of Waikiki, Magic Island and Ala Moana Beach Park before circling Diamond Head as the city begins to glow in the fading light.
From there, continue past Hanauma Bay and Makapu'u Lighthouse toward Oahu's windward side. Fly above Lanikai Beach, Kaneohe Bay and the Ko'olau Mountains before reaching Chinaman's Hat, Ka'a'awa Valley and Sacred Falls.
On the return toward Honolulu, the flight passes Dole Plantation and Pearl Harbor, including the USS Arizona Memorial. As sunset approaches, the coastline and city skyline take on a different look from the air, making this a scenic way to see many of Oahu's best-known landmarks in one flight.
This seasonal flight operates from October through January only.

Please park in the left-hand side lot and come to the large glass doors at the main entrance.
Restrictions
Due to FAA regulations, children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. Any child under 24 months is welcome on the lap of a responsible adult at no charge.
For each passenger weighing 250-274 lbs (113-124 kg), a weight balance fee of an additional 50% is required. For each passenger weighing 275 lbs (124.7 kg) or more, a weight balance fee of an additional 100% is required. The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs (136 kg).
Rainbow Helicopters does not assume responsibility for conditions beyond their control, including adverse weather, regulatory restrictions, or any other condition that could compromise safety of flight. Unforeseen circumstances may precipitate varied scenic views, delay, or cancellation.
Special Notes
A flight must have at least 2 guests to be confirmed. Parties of 1 can be paired with other parties, but it is best to call about availability in that case.
