Activity Notes
Where & When
You will be met in baggage claim or outside of customs depending on where your flight is coming in from. Our porters wear red shirts with VIP Trans written on them. They will assist you with your luggage and will cart them out to the shuttle bus that is waiting for you.
Restrictions
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
Special Notes
ADA: Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. We do not handle non-collapsible wheelchairs.
Any children 5 years and below are free as long as they will be seated on a lap of an adult. Also, on commercial vehicles, car seats are not required. However, you will need to pay for a seat if you are planning to bring your own car seat and use it.
