About Quicksilver - Turtle Reef & Coral Gardens Morning Snorkel Cruise
Head out from Ma'alaea Harbor aboard Quicksilver for a two-hour whale watching cruise along South Maui. During humpback whale season, the surrounding waters offer plenty of opportunities to watch for blows, tail flukes, breaches and other surface activity.
The crew provides narration throughout the trip, sharing information about humpback whale behavior and migration. An underwater hydrophone may also be used so you can listen for whale songs beneath the surface while enjoying the spacious decks and shaded seating.
Unlimited cold drinks are included, and the operator offers a whale-sighting guarantee. A 3:30 pm departure is also available with special late-bird pricing.

All Quicksilver passengers are required to park at Maui Harbor Shops / Maui Ocean Center parking
lot located at: 300 Ma'alaea Road, Wailuku, HI 96793. Follow the instructions on the signs to pay via QR code or text message on your phone. If you cannot complete payment, find one of the lot attendants to pay in person. There will be a Quicksilver crew member waiting at a table outside the store to help you get checked-in.
Give yourself extra time to account for traffic, weather, road construction, parking and the walk from the parking lot to the boat slip (10-15 minutes) in order to arrive at check-in 30 minutes prior to departure.
Restrictions
Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Special Notes
Snorkel locations are determined daily by the captain based on weather, swell, and many years of
experience in Maui waters.
Wildlife sightings, while likely, are not guaranteed.
Beer, wine and cocktails are available for $5 each for guests age 21+ with a valid photo ID.
Westuits available for rent for $10.
Dramamine motion sickness tablets (2 for $5).

Equipment
The Quicksilver is a stable, fast catamaran with wave piercing hulls. There are glass bottom windows, a waterslide, freshwater showers and 2 restrooms on board. The Quicksilver also features comfortable covered passenger seating throughout 2 decks (many seats with tables) and is wheelchair accessible.
