About Seasport Divers - Open Water Referral Program
Complete your PADI Open Water certification dives on Kauai with Seasport Divers during a 2-day referral program for students who have already finished classroom and pool work.
Complete your scuba certification in Kauai after finishing the classroom and pool portions with your local dive shop. The Open Water Referral Program lets you use Kauai's warm, clear waters for the final training dives, turning part of your island visit into the last step toward becoming a certified diver.
The program takes place over two half days. Choose to complete all 4 required dives, or select dives 3 and 4 only if you have already finished the first two dives before arriving in Kauai.
Program Inclusions
- Program includes all equipment, instruction and either 2 or 4 dives
- If you need to complete 4 dives in total, dives 3 and 4 can be done from a boat for an additional fee (boat dive upgrade).
- If you need to complete 2 dives in total, you can choose to do them both from shore or both from a boat (boat dive upgrade).

Restrictions
The minimum age to participate is 10 years.
There is a medical questionnaire that needs to be filled out and passed to participate in scuba activities. If participant fails the medical questionnaire (if there is a YES answer to any of the questions), a doctor must give a written statement that scuba activities are safe and allowed for this participant prior to going scuba diving.
Special Notes
Seasport Divers is a member of the Universal Referral Program, which recognizes NAUI, SSI, NASDS, IDEA, PDIC, TDI and the YMCA. So if you have started your Open Water Certification class with any of these agencies, you can complete your class with Seasport Divers in the warm, clear waters of Kauai.
