About Luau Kalamaku at Kilohana Plantation
Please note: There are multiple Marriott resorts on Kauai. If you are staying at the Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club, Luau Kalamaku is closer to the resort than any pick-up location offered.
Spend an evening at historic Kilohana Plantation, where Luau Kalamaku combines dinner, Hawaiian culture and a large-scale theatrical show. Before the main performance begins, you can explore the plantation grounds, watch the traditional imu ceremony, browse local crafts and take part in Hawaiian games.
The evening's centerpiece is Kalamaku, a dramatic production inspired by the voyages of early Polynesian explorers. Hula, live drumming, storytelling and fire knife dancing bring the story to the stage, with a large cast and plenty of energy throughout the performance.
Luau Packages

- Silver Package: Elevated seats for enhanced stage views.
- Gold Package: Premium seats up front—close enough to feel the heat from the fire dancers.
Train Ride Add-On
Add a ride on the plantation railway before dinner and travel through 105 acres of orchards and pastureland. The narrated journey includes stops to feed farm animals, then returns with time to watch the imu ceremony and explore the plantation shops before the luau continues.

If you are on the south or west side of Kauai, head EAST. Kilohana Plantation is located directly after the Kauai Community College on the left-hand side of the road. Look for the white picket fence. The luau is located next to the Kauai Plantation Railway station at the far left end of the parking lot.
Transportation add-on: Transportation is roundtrip and per person. Depending on the location, pick-up is between 3:30 pm and 4:45 pm. Exact times will be emailed to you. If you are not staying at one of the locations listed below, pick-up will be at the closest location to where you are staying.
