About Blue Hawaiian Helicopters - Kauai Eco Adventure
Fly from Lihue on a 50-minute Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Kauai Eco Adventure over Hanapepe Valley, Jurassic Park Falls, Waimea Canyon, Na Pali Coast and Mt. Wai'ale'ale.
From the moment the rotor blades begin to turn, you'll feel why this flight tops so many Kauai wish lists. The helicopter lifts smoothly from Lihue and banks toward the island's southwest, revealing patchwork fields, winding rivers and the sparkle of the Pacific in one sweeping panorama. As the coastal lowlands give way to emerald valleys, your pilot points out plantation-era towns and taro patches that have fed generations of island families.
A quick rise over Hanapepe Valley opens to an airborne parade of Kauai's greatest hits: waterfalls plummeting from hidden amphitheaters, red-and-green cliffs stacked like ancient cathedrals, and surf exploding against sheer walls of volcanic rock. By the time you glide past rain-polished ridge lines of the Na Pali Coast and hover beside Mt. Waialeale's curtain of mist and cascading water, you'll understand why the Garden Isle is considered one of Earth's natural masterpieces-and why the best seat in the house is thousands of feet above it.

Equipment
Blue Hawaiian's fleet is Hawaii's largest fleet of touring helicopters. Their EC-130 Eco-Star helicopters have comfortable, individual seats for every passenger that afford the kind of shoulder room and personal space found in airline "First Class" seating. The Eco-Star is also significantly quieter than standard touring helicopters and offers more interior space, with 65 square feet of glass for panoramic views. A 4-camera video system captures touring memories to bring home for a lifetime keepsake.
