A. Cash Payment must be made @ our shop/office @ time of reservation.

B. Check by phone. (30 days prior to booking.)
Check must be faxed to 808-442-0776 attn.: accounting.
Check should be made out to
Aloha Destinations for amount quoted for tour. Must have current phone # & address. Cover sheet must note voucher #, be signed & list all information from check (ie. check #, bank #, routing number & account #.) Reservation will not be booked without a credit card # to guarantee payment.

Money orders will be accepted as cash payment with credit card guarantee. Without credit card guarantee, reservations will not be held or made until receipt of money order.

Most tours canceled with at least 24 hours notice are refundable less a 20% service charge.

All tours canceled without 24 hour notice are not refundable.

No-shows are not refundable.

Tours canceled by vendor are refundable in full or will be rescheduled if convenient for all parties.
