Activity Booking Procedures: Credit Card: Please complete our secure credit card authorization form. If you prefer you can print it, and then fax it in to us at our accounting office 808-442-0776. Cash payment: In order to accept a cash payment: A. Cash Payment must be made @ our shop/office @ time of reservation. B. Check by phone. (30 days prior to booking.) Check must be faxed to 808-442-0776 attn.: accounting. Check should be made out to Aloha Destinations for amount quoted for tour. Must have current phone # & address. Cover sheet must note voucher #, be signed & list all information from check (ie. check #, bank #, routing number & account #.) Reservation will not be booked without a credit card # to guarantee payment.		C. Check or money order without credit card guarantee. Check or money order should be mailed to Aloha Destinations noting requested tour, date, hotel, # of adults/children, arrival date and phone number. Reservation will not be made until payment has cleared. No reservations will be guaranteed until this time. This booking method not recommended without 30 days advance booking for personal checks. Without credit card guarantee, reservations will not be held or made until receipt of money order.
Cancellation Policy: Most tours canceled with at least 24 hours notice are refundable less a 20% service charge. All tours canceled without 24 hour notice are not refundable. No-shows are not refundable. Tours canceled by vendor are refundable in full or will be rescheduled if convenient for all parties.
