Atlantis Submarines

Tours take you one mile off-shore on the Atlantis Discovery shuttle-boat which offers sweeping views of Diamond Head and the famous Waikiki coastline. From the shuttle, you board the 64-passenger submarine or one of the two 48-passenger submarines where you will descend up to 100 feet to view coral reefs, marine life, two sunken ships, the remains of two airliners, Japanese artificial reef structures and the University of Hawaii’s reef enhancement project. The 64-passenger submarine is known as Atlantis XIV, the world’s largest and most sophisticated passenger submarine. Select tours provide narration in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. A multi-lingual tape deck is available on all tours.

Premium Oahu Odyssey

Explore a 25 acre beautiful natural coral reef and its marine inhabitants on this 45 minute journey aboard Atlantis Submarine. A new adventure awaits you at depths up to 100 feet. Guests view the unique, fascinating natural coral reefs and their inhabitants in air conditioned comfort and safety.*
Operates:
9:00am, 10:00am, and 1:00pm JAPANESE (w/ English headsets available)
11:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm ENGLISH (w/ Japanese headsets avail.)
4:00pm on call
Departure Point: Check in at the Atlantis Ticket Booth located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Alii Tower next to the Tropics Cafe. Parking Validation is provided for guests who use Hilton's "Self-Park" Garage.
Duration: Total tour time is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes. Shuttle boat ride, from the pier to the submarine plus transfer is 20 minutes each way.
Equipment: View ports aboard the premium submarine tour are 27% larger than the other smaller submarines operated by Atlantis. This large 100 foot submarine offers an enhanced amount of personal space and comfort in air conditioned comfort.
*Restrictions: Children must be 36 inches or taller and all passengers must be physically capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder.
