Imagine
arriving at a beautiful, secluded Maui beachside at sunset, tiki
torches flickering in the warm tropical breeze and your personal
table set for two. Your gourmet meal is prepared and served on
the beach using all the freshest local ingredients. Locally caught
fish is our specialty but we also have a variety of sumptuous
menu items including, beef, chicken and vegetarian. The meal comes
complete with beverage. We specialize in dinners for couples but
can also accommodate small parties up to 12 people.

Update: Thank you for your interest in Dinners
on the Beach. Unfortunately there is a new ruling that "No
commercial Activity on the Beach" is permitted throughout
the state of Hawaii. Meaning no set ups on the actual sand, Imposed
in Hawaii by the department of land and natural resources.
We do however offer intimate Sunset Dinners and Dinners Under
the Stars at Condos, Houses and other private locations which
border beaches. A fantastic 3-5 course private dinner under the
the swaying palms near the beach along with a mystical Maui sunset.
Private Chef services and catering are also available for all
occasions at your vacation residence, estate or condo. We only
work with reputable Chefs on the Island and would be happy to

Heart of palm, cherry tom, and mixed baby greens with
a caramelized Maui onion vinaigrette
• Asian mirin poached pear salad, mixed baby greens,
daikon sprouts and hot & sweet mustard dressing
• Papaya half with shrimp, cilantro, black bean
and vegetable salad
• Butter lettuce with local avocado, tomato, red
onion, cucumber and bacon with homemade ranch dressing
• Mixed baby greens with roasted beets and edamame
with raspberry vinaigrette

Poached shrimp set atop a local avocado and Kamuela tomato
salad
• Carpacchio of fresh fish drizzled with hot cilantro
oil, ponzu sauce and micro greens topped with kukui nut

and cilantro cream nape’
• Seared black sesame and panko coated ahi with
a miso honey sauce
• Seafood (shrimp, lobster and crab) potsticker
with sweet chili and ginger cream sauce
• Puff pastry boat filled with wild mushrooms in

green tea soba noodles and vegetables

topped with toasted coconut
• Cioppino (Seafood in saffron tomato broth)
• 8oz Filet mignon set upon wild mushroom, cabernet and
roasted tomato concasse
• Petite filet and spiny tail lobster with lemon
butter
• Chicken roulade filled with wild mushroom pesto
set on roasted red pepper vodka sauce
• 10 oz seared boneless rib eye steak with herbed
butter
• Soba noodles in miso dashi broth with sea vegetables,
vegetables and tofu topped with candied shiitake
• Polenta topped with roasted vegetables in Pinot
Noir sauce and basil with fresh parmesan
