Aloha Tish, We all had a spectacular time. We started with our tour of the island and had one of the nicest tour guides ever! His name was Vincent and he was an asset to his company. It was the best tour we have ever been on. The next day we were up early and down to Grampa's beach to surf. The teens had a ball. Then that evening it was the luau and it was perfect. The entertainment was excellent, the food was out of this world, and we had a wonderful time. The cruise was cancelled becasue a lady got so sick they had to have an ambulance waiting when we returned to shore but to tell you the trush I wasn't feeling well myself and was glad they turned around for her. Thank you for the refund check. The teens loved every minute of their adventure and so did we. We hated to leave the beautiful island. Thank you so much for helping us plan the best vacation ever!!!

Brenda, I just want to say thank you for your hard work. The travel to Ohau was great. We got to the memorial, and PCC. It rained, but we had a good time. Got to the hotel around 10:00pm. Hotel was nice. Left at 6:00am. When I set up my next trip to Hawaii I will give you a call. I love having a good time, and so does Francine. We travel great together. Mike and I just returned home from our fabulous vacation in Maui! The two of us had the time of our lives and loved exploring the island and all its beauty. Mike's birthday surprise was an absolute hit. He was extremely surprised with the dinner. Both of us enjoyed the evening tremendously. Chef Traci was a joy and her food was outstanding! The atmosphere and the romantic setting of the beach made this one of the most memorable moments of our entire vacation. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a unique evening to spend with their special someone! The dinner exceeded all of my expectations! Chef Traci was very accommodating, professional and a load of fun! I would book a private dinner again in a heart beat! Thank you so much for organizing such a unforgettable evening for us! Thanks for sending the cc receipts. I just wanted to thank you again for all of your help on this trip. It was wonderful, and everthing you suggested we loved. The Magic Show was great and their food was wonderful.
We went on the Four Winds yesterday morning, and Ashley loved Snuba. She also had time to snorkel. The surf lessons the first day were great. Both kids took them and had a great time. Rick and Ashley had a wonderful time on the Maui downhill bike ride and we had quite an adventure on the Road to Hana. Lots of fun.. Shared with a really "interesting" couple from Texas!! Today the guys are golfing at Kaanapali Beach (?) This is the north or south course. They golfed the other one on Wednesday. They thought it was great.
Also, the Feast at Lele couldn't have been better, everything we expected and more. if anyone ever asks you about the Papakea Resort I would highly recommend it for family vacations. It gave the kids their own space, we had the loft and my folks had a beautiful ocean view room. Also 3 bathrooms which was great!! Today and tomorrow we're just bumming around a bit, then back to Nebraska to pay the bills we have accumulated this week, but worth every penny! I might even talk my husband into coming back one day! Anyway have a wonderful weekend and thanks again!

Thank you brenda. Planning this trip has consumed my life!! I am done for now, unless i decide that i HAVE to ride horses while in Hawaii. Anything you can say to talk me into or out of that? If we did that, it would be on Maui the day before our ocean rafting. We have that day to do whatever we want. I am soooooo happy with what we have planned already. It's been a little over a week since we left paradise and I miss Maui already. I am so thankful for all of your hard work. After the initial hiccups, you were right...everything flowed FABULOUSLY! From the blue water rafting to the hiking to the helicopter ride, it was all great.
Donald is still raving about his birthday. He was impressed from the moment we entered the Maui Prince. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I loved the seclusion. We've decided that no matter what island we visit...the Maui Prince is the place for the accommodations. The single issue - since this 'gift' to him was so great, it's going to be hard to top! That just means I have to enlist your assistance with any future surprises! You were great and I have been singing your praises to all interested in travel!

We had a fabulous trip despite the rain. Loved the Kea Lani. Never got tired of the water slide! and the kids get some good water basketball games going that Austin was able to play, he enjoyed that. Our favorite part of the trip was you! We also liked the waterfall hike and the zip line. Weren't particular fans of the heli ride but the luau was great. Austin did end up surfing one day and it was one of our favorite things, so glad you mentioned that. He even surfed backwards!
I will definitely tell my friends and spread the word.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our Dinner on the Beach that you set up for us at Kapaula Bay. It followed our 30th wedding anniversary vow renewal and was the PERFECT dinner for a wedding on the beach.

At the end of our vow revewal, following pictures, our photographer asked where we were going for dinner. I said it's a surprise but not far away. I then pointed to the other end of Kapaula Bay and said, "our table is ready". My wife was blown away. Mike, our chef and server did an outstanding job and made the meal a much talked about event. Please pass along our thanks to him.

Aloha Melissa, Just want to let you know that Kay and I had a great time on our trip.
Everything was sensational. The golf was great, and we really enjoyed the horseback ride and snorkeling trip. We ended up skipping the Flumin the Ditch on the big island because we wanted one extra day to just stay and relax at the beach. We'll be sure to add it to our next trip. Both of the hotels were perfect and we had great views from both rooms. We were on the gold floor at the Orchid, and that was exspeacially nice. We were sad to leave and can't wait for our next trip to paradise. Thanks again for all your help. You really made our honeymoon memorable.

We had a great time. Absolutely amazing. We were so relaxed! I think we spent most of the time at the hotel. We would get up early and sit by the pool and swim in the ocean. We also got the couples oceanside massages at the hotel - that was quite a treat! The para-sailing was amazing - we didn't end up going surfing because we were tired but we did spend some time in Lahaina and Kihei and rented scooters and rode around the town. We went to the Luau at the Maui Prince.
You were incredibly helpful and I thank you for everything. I know we will be going back next year and we for sure want to book it through you!

We recently returned from our trip to Hawaii. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the snorkeling trip with Aqua Adventures. You had recommended them and I am so grateful that I listened. My friends all commented how professional, friendly and helpful the crew was. My friends saw the many other groups going out at the same time and they were very happy not to be a part of such a large group as there was on the other boats.
I personally would like to single out Ann for being so attentive and patient with me. She gave me the confidence to keep trying. The other crew members are not to be forgotten. They were truly outstanding!!!!

Our trip/wedding/honeymoon was all I dreamed it would be, even better.......... We had a great time and every one that you found for me was excellent thanks again and when we come back we will definately use you to plan our stay again!

Hey Melissa, all I can say is HOLY COW!!! We had the best time, everyone that went had an awesome time too. The Na Pali Sunset Dinner Cruise was spectacular, the Smith's Tropical Paradise Luau was fantastic (we had an entire table to ourselves which was perfect), and the True Blue sport fishing was great too. We caught a 120 lb Yellow Tail Tuna that took over an hour to land. Both the crew from the cruise and the fishing trip were unbelievably accommodating and made our excursions tons of fun. Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep the fish that we caught and it was so big they couldn’t even give us part (cutting part of it means they cant sell any of it) but we knew that might be the case going into it.

It was the best vacation we have ever had and most every one of our guests felt the same. Thank you soooo much for helping to make it that way!

As for Maui in a year, that’s gonna be a stretch unless we win the lotto sometime before then. We broke the piggy bank on this one so it may be a couple years until the next super vacation. We will keep you posted though. And when I get some pictures back I will email some over to you.

This is a long overdue thank you from the entire family. You helped us have a fantastic great week in Maui. The helicopter ride, the horseback riding, the Maui Waverunners Surf lessons for Lori, the Luau, the beach chairs, the boogie board, the maps, the snorkel trip to Molokini ... all were absolutely beautiful and wonderful. Thank you so much for your valuable time and efforts.

We would recommend Aloha Destinations and especially you to everyone who is lucky enough to visit Maui.

Thank you Kim for your help in setting up our sight seeing adventures. Molikini crater was a wonderful snorkel sight there were a lot of different fish to see as well as the crater itself. The sunset cruise we took was a wonderful boat ride as well as a view of the sunset. The helicopter ride was great the wife and kids could not say enough about it. The road to Hana with your special notes gave us a wonderful view of many different waterfalls and sights within Maui. The lava flow you sent us to was just a great sight to see as well as where we went to see sea turtles. The IAO valley was magnificent never seen such a green place. the play Ulelena was the best what a way to end a wonderful adventure. Bubba gumps had good food and an awesome view of the ocean.We would definitely recommend you to any one coming to Maui because you went out of your way to help make our trip an unforgettable one. The kids had fun with the snorkel gear. From the first conversation on the phone you were friendly and helpful in finding what was right for our family to get the most out of Maui !

Thank you so much for all your efforts to make our kayak trip on Kauai fun and memorable.

You went above & beyond, when you offerred to fax our voucher to the Outfitters Kauai folks. It was not until you offerred to send the fax, that I realized your company was not part of the same with them. You really made it happen for us!

We were surpised to find that the "pools" were indeed deep enough for rope swinging into and swimming. You were so careful to explain that it is not a trip that includes swimming, so I didn't even share the possibility with my teen daughters.
The conditions were unusually right, and our guide was quick to tell us how rare that was. He was also the first into the pool.

We also got to kayak through a tunnel of Mangrove, some 200 ft. in length, adjacent to the Menehune Fish Ponds. Cool!

Both the mangrove tunnel & the rope swinging / swimming were in addition to all the expected events of the river trip.

Thought you'd enjoy hearing of our most unexpected & fun memories of the river trip, that happened thanks to you.

Thanks for your nice e-mail. I will definitely remember you & come back next time I'm on Maui. You had the best deals by far & Kim gave us great tips (Kam III for boogie boarding, Kula Lodge after visiting Haleakala, short cut to Haleakala, luau check-in at 4:15). Here's one from me to you: the Guess store at The Shops at Wailea is having a great sale! I thought we would just be window shopping & trying to blend w/ the rich people at that mall, but we found stuff we could buy.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation. Toby and I will remember it forever. The luau was excellent!
The dancers were so good and we enjoyed it so much. It was fun looking at the crafts and demonstrations as well. The sunset cruise was fun, too. The food and drinks were good and the crew made sure we had a good time. The snorkeling trip to the forbidden island was awesome with Blue Dolphin tours. We sailed along the NaPali Coast first and then went snorkeling. They did an excellent job and I would recommend it to anyone. Several people got seasick on the trip. It was pretty rough going back. Hope we can visit you again someday!

Everything you planned for us was first class and so much fun, I can't wait to come back and when I do I will call you immediately, there are many other things I want to do. I hope to be able to return sometime in 2005.

We're back in sunny but cool Buffalo.

I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for all your help with arranging things for us.
Dolphin Discoveries on Kona was the best! We liked it so much that we went back a second time. We had a different captain for each trip and each one was superb. One the first trip we ran into three separate pods of dolphins ... more than we could count.

The captains are very knowledgeable and personable. We took morning trips each time ... and each captain said that mornings are better than afternoons.
If you've got folks that like to snorkel, please share this recommendation. They also discount their fees by $25 per person if you book a second trip.
The Captain Beans trip was nice, but way too short. It's only 2 hours long but should be at least 2.5 hours. You might want to pass this feedback to them. Everyone on the return trip said the same thing about the trip being too short. If anything, they should charge $5 - $10 more per person to make the trip longer.
In addition, you might want to check with your customers to see if they drink or not. I am a very light drinker and Jane does not drink at all. Jane was very intimidated and uncomfortable with the booze cruise. We don't mind others drinking ... we just don't do much ourselves. Hence it's worth it to mention to future guests so they can opt out and do something else.
The Molokini cruise on Maui was also excellent. I did try the Snuba and I loved it! Again, I'd recommend this trip (and the snuba) to others who may be interested. They do a good job with it.
One other note: we went on an afternoon horseback ride in Waipi'o Valley on Kona. It was fabulous. The wranglers were locals. Whenever we went buy a fruit tree they cut some down and we ate it fresh. We had papaya, pink and white guava, avacodo, coconut, and coffee beans (doesn't even taste like coffee!).
The car ride out there was terrific and the horseback ride itself was great. The name of the stable is Waipi'o Na'alapa Stables. Number on Kona is 775-0419. Costs $75 per person for a 2.5 hour trip. Super stuff. There's an excellent gift shop there with some well-priced hi-quality goods. We bought some porcelain and had it shipped home.

If the good Lord continues to bless us, we plan to bring our kids to the islands in August 2005. If so, we'll look you up for some advance bookings. We have three children: twin girls who will be 16 (Oh GOD!!) and a son who will be 17 at that time.

So when the time comes please think about what stuff they'd like to do. We'll only go to two islands: O'ahu and either Maui or Kona (they get to pick).

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that I am sorry that we missed you while in Maui. We stopped by your shop a few times, but unfortunately, they were not the times when you were there. All of our activities turned out FANTASTIC! They really treated us well at the Feast at Lele for our anniversary. Sat us right up front. It was awsome. Thanks for all your help. Just wanted to say Thank you when you helped us schedule our Whaling and Luau. We enjoyed them both, you are right the Renaissance Luau was fantastic...My brother in law and his wife will be going to Maui (I think its Maui) in December. I just wanted to thank-you for all your help in making our trip to Maui
so much fun! The luau at the Renissance was wonderful-we were at one of
the front tables so had a great view. They had everyone with a birthday
stand and Mali got picked to go up on stage while everyone sang and she
even got a beautiful lei!! She was thrilled. The trip on the "Frogman"
was great fun....you are right, the crew is super. We saw lots of
turtles and fish, but unfortunately no whales-I was so sad!! But, that
is the way it goes sometimes-

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed everything and
how much we appreciated all you did for us! When we met you in person
it was like we had known you forever-we will definately be back and we
will be back to see you for more fun adventures!!
