The elaborate banquet features both traditional Hawaiian delicacies, such as fresh sweet pineapple, kalua pig, lomi salmon, pipikaula, poke and poi, as well as dishes that are inspired by the numerous ethnic foods that are enjoyed by the people of modern Hawaii, such as Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and Thai-inspired foods. The abundant spread is perfectly finished with desserts featuring tropical island flavors like guava chiffon pie, coconut coated haupia, pineapple upside down cake and chocolate macadamia nut cake.

Guests may choose from the Traditional package: $75.00 per adult & $37.00 per child (age 6-12) for an evening of buffet dining and fine entertainment. The Golden Circle package: $87.00 per adult & $43.00 per child (age 6-12), which includes premier stageside seating; table service with salads, appetizers and beverages served "family style"; signature lei. Pricing for all packages include beverages (soft drinks, mai tais, beer, wine, mixed drinks), tax and gratuity. Prices and menu inclusions are subject to change.
