Welcome to Big Island Eco Adventures the Best Zipline Tour in Hawaii!
Ziplining in the North Kohala mountains is an experience you won't soon forget.The Zipline course is only part of your tour. The drive up the mountain will blow your mind.
You start by hopping in one of our Humvees or a Pinzgauer (a six wheel drive Swiss army vehicle). Our tour begins with a 40 minute off road safari. Sit back and hold on!
Once you are inside the canopy of the Albizia forest, you will soar across eight ziplines, hang out, talk story and eat locally made snacks in our Mac Nut Hut overlooking our beautiful 32 foot waterfall.

Check-in at our base yard in Kapa’au is 30 minutes prior to tour times Sundays are reserved for private parties. Call for more information.Tour consists of 8 ziplines, 2 bridges (1 wooden, 1 suspension), 3 waterfalls and a cantilevered lanai called the “Mac Nut Hut” overlooking a 32’ waterfall.
Locally prepared snacks. Foods includes freshly made bread sticks & banana bread, with fresh local fuit kabobs served in a pineapple boat and macadamia nuts to crack and enjoy. Drinks served will be Aloha juice and water.
Cost- $159.00 + Tax per person
Tours are limited to 10 Guests to ensure personal attention. Approximate tour time is 4 hours. During peak season please make your reservations in advance to assure your space.
Weight Requirements:
For the safety of our guides and guests, all participants must be between the weight range of 80 – 270 lbs. Those who fall outside the weight range will not be allowed to ride. No refunds will be given to those who book and weigh outside the weight restrictions. A scale will be provided at the base yard during check in.Physical requirements:
The Zipline course requires a low to moderate degree of physical strength and stamina. Tour is not recommended for people with Heart Conditions and recent bone/joint injuries. Pregnant women will not be allowed to zipline.Cancellation/ Weather Policy
Tours go out Rain or Shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, unless B.I.E.A. Cancels the tour. 48 hour cancellation policy: Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a full charge.
